Great blend!

First of all, the smell of the coffee is unbelievable. I make espresso with it for Cappuccino or Latte and it tastes really smooth and chocolatey. The price is also very reasonable for such great coffee. I highly recommend

Simply best coffee ever.

I was new to drinking real coffee (had been addicted to the super sweet, calorie laden, big S coffee place) and took a chance ordering this Organic Rainforest Blend based entirety on the flavor description. I also took a chance and ordered it while bean. It was smooth and yet the subtle flavors made it better than anything I could imagine. I have branched out to multiple others offered by Klatch, but this would be my desert island choice, hands down.

Refreshing as the rain

This blend has smooth texture and allows for bold flavor also. I look forward to the aroma and the smooth taste every morning.

Quality beans, roasted farther into medium, but not by very much. A third wave fan of lighter roasts would, or might call this medium dark, but I wouldn't. I'd call it medium-medium to darker-medium. If you prefer light roasts, this will either not please you, or it could be the darkest roast you're able to enjoy. If you are a true fan of dark roasts, this will either not be dark enough for you, or it could be the lightest roast you can enjoy as a palate cleansing break from the Heart of Darkness. I was able to extract a little more flavor out of it by grinding finer and pouring hotter for my pour-overs. It's good coffee, great for those who like the slightly darker side of medium, but I want more dark chocolate, more roast. This is a little darker than the Crazy Goat though (which I'd call just a medium), if that helps anyone choose between these two, based on preference. I gave the Crazy Goat to a friend. The Organic Rainforest Blend has lasted longer in my kitchen, but for my roast preference I wouldn't buy it again.
