Shipping

How much is shipping?

When you start a new Single Origin Club subscription, shipping on your first Club order and all future automatic Club orders is always free!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

What type of coffee will I receive?

Single Origin Club members will receive a new single origin coffee every month, expertly curated by Klatch Coffee's Mike Perry.

What if I want to receive coffee more than once a month?

Choose to receive your Single Origin Club coffee weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks.

Note: if you order with delivery of Single Origin Club more than once a month, all shipments in the same month will be the same coffee.

Changes and Cancellations

Can I modify or cancel my Single Origin Club subscription?

We know you'll love your Single Origin Club subscription, but if not, you can modify or cancel it anytime, with no penalty. Pay only for coffee we've shipped.

Can I pause my subscription, or skip a shipment?

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, or skip a shipment (for example, if you're away from home)

Disappointed in selection

I recently signed up for the single origin subscription. I enjoyed the coffee however I was sent the exact same coffee on my first two orders. I was really looking forward to some variety and hope they switch it up for future orders.

Hello R.J., thanks for taking a time to leave a review. This feedback is reasonable and we appreciate it. Short story, you will receive a new coffee on your next shipment. Long story, I wanted to take a moment to explain what's happening that caused this. For our Club subscriptions, we change out the coffee on the first of every month, and it runs until the end of the month, at which point it is replaced by a new selection. Under this model every club member receives the same coffee as other members during any given month. For customers who are receiving a subscription every 4 weeks, this will result in a new coffee being received on every shipment, since they are only getting one shipment per month. However: for subscriptions that are filled every week, or every two weeks, this means that the same coffee will be sent multiple times in a single month. Your subscription, for example, which is set to every two weeks, will have a new-to-you coffee sent about November 7, and then you'd see that coffee again on the 21st, before seeing a new coffee again at the beginning of December. I recognize that this is imperfect and we will continue to look for ways to improve this weakness in the future. Thank you for the feedback!

Expanding my Horizons

I'm enjoying my first bag of Guatamala Santa Barbara. Very different at first, and now I love it. Smooth and earthy. But I'm new at trying to figure out the flavor notes. Looking forward to the next trip around the world...

Guatemala Rosa Santa Barbara

The Guatemala Rosa Santa Barbara medium roast coffee, brewed using the pour-over method, offers a smooth and balanced mouthfeel. It is overall quite pleasant to drink, but the finish is somewhat lacking, without much lingering aftertaste. There is a subtle hint of lemongrass, adding a refreshing herbal note. I also tried the siphon brewing method, which resulted in a more intense flavor profile. The fruity notes were more pronounced and better showcased.

Great service, freshly roasted, quality coffee, less expensive than similar offerings on the internet, and a great way to learn the different types and flavors of coffee. I only wish the offerings changed up more often than every month.
