Shipping

How much is shipping?

When you start a new Espresso Club subscription, shipping on your first Club order and all future automatic Club orders is always free!

How long will it take to receive my order?

When you place a new Espresso Club subscription order, we'll roast and ship the first order immediately.

Future orders will be sent automatically, every month on the anniversary date of the initial order.

Coffee

What type of coffee will I receive?

Espresso Club members will receive a new espresso every month, expertly curated by Klatch Coffee's Heather Perry.

Can I pick my own coffee?

When you purchase a club subscription, the Klatch Coffee team will select a new espresso for you every month.

If you prefer to select your own espresso and have it delivered automatically, consider a recurring ("subscribe and save") order instead. To start a new recurring order, simply visit the product page for your favorite coffee.

What if I want to receive coffee more than once a month?

Choose to receive your Espresso Club coffee weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks.

Note: if you order with delivery of Espresso Club more than once a month, all shipments in the same month will be the same coffee.

Changes and Cancellations

Can I modify or cancel my Espresso Club subscription?

We know you'll love your Espresso Club subscription, but if not, you can modify or cancel it anytime, with no penalty. Pay only for coffee we've shipped.

Can I pause my subscription, or skip a shipment?

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, or skip a shipment (for example, if you're away from home)

Best Coffee, Hands Down.

We found Klatch through a coffee trial program and it has been our favorite to make at-home espresso ever since. We get a beautiful crema with every pull, and all of the blends we receive (Empire, House, WBC, Organic) are delicious. They really know how to roast a bean! We also love that is is family owned. Support small businesses!

Which flavors did you discover?: The Empire roast is a medium roast beans with a nice depth, but also some touches of brightness, in this case, blackberries. Delicious.

Barista's Choice Club Subscription is a winner!

I love the Klatch Barista's Choice Espresso - Club Subscription. I am able to choose the schedule and frequency that I receive new shipments of espresso beans (and change it if I need more sooner or later). The variety that is sent to me is terrific, and the quality of each different kind of bean is outstanding. The beans are accompanied by instructions and recipes about how to brew the beans in the best ways, the time for brewing, the temperature of the water, etc. I’ve had the subscription for years, and every shipment of beans — without exception — have been great. Bravo, Klatch Coffee!

Limited rotation can get boring

I've been subscribed a while and it used to be fantastic. Only shipping out freshly roasted beans speak to how much they respect their customers. But as of late, they just keep sending me the same three espresso blends. In the past, they would mix it up with seasonal offerings or a unique blend they would make. Now I get the same beans on back to back months. I'm not sure if a subscription is worth it if I can't look forward to my next shipment.
