Always ready for the Christmas roasts. Fireside and Christmas go together. Fresh coffee aroma fills the kitchen. Bold coffee flavor with a consistent taste to the end of the cup.

Aroma & flavor hints of Christmas Dessert

Just finished a bag using various pour over methods & Aeropress. Early aroma is subtlety reminiscent of brandied apples w/o spices. Body is creamy almond, macadamia, & marscapone. That nutty/creaminess subdues (not critical-just an observation) the brighter/fruity notes - hint of a mellow red apple or blueberry before it’s peak ripeness.
Think of a layered parfait of almond cake, unsweetened fruit, & heavy cream. Only reason it’s not 5 (would give it 4.5) stars is The brightness and multi-layered flavors of this year’s Original Christmas eclipsed the Fireside.
