I'm usually not a fan of holiday beans. They usually come off way too sweet. Mistletoe espresso is an exception to the rule. They are traditional espresso beans with sweeter notes on the mild side. Once dialed in after about two shots I pulled beauties for the rest of the bag. Super smooth, the sweeter notes balance the boldness and the crema is THICK. I hope Klatch decides to continue offering Mistletoe, (maybe just renamed). I have tried all of Klatch espresso beans and some coffee beans as espresso. This has quickly become my second favorite Klatch coffee bean after Belle.
My latte is perfect!
These beans are my new favorite choice for espresso. I love how it leans towards more traditional darker espresso roasts but still maintains the fruity sweetness of the light/medium roasts. I hope Klatch maintains availability for this one.
Extremely tasty, smooth, and easy to dial in. One of my favorites from all vendors this year -- I will probably circle back and grab another 2lb bag before it's gone!
