Eureka

So good

This coffee is so delicious. We have one of our adult children still living with us and we all loved this coffee so much we started hiding the bag from each other because we were going through it so fast. This is now our permanent coffee!

I usually drink Belle. I decided to try these for a change. I wasn't disappointed. I still find belle to be the all around best but the chocolate notes came thru nicely on eureka with a smooth mouthfeel and bold balanced taste. I would order again somewhere down the line. Breville barista express, 20 grams in dry, 28 second shot, 38 grams out wet.

While it didn’t give me a “Eureka moment,” I did enjoy my first experience with
Klatch’s newest offering. It lives up to its tasting notes of chocolate, carmelized sugar, and vanilla. It has a slightly smoky flavor, due to its rather dark roast. Although I wouldn’t wake up in the middle of the night and cry for it (I prefer Belle or WBC espresso myself), I am happy to enjoy Eureka with breakfast. Any coffee Klatch offers is well worth drinking—at least in my 13 years of being a customer!

This is a nice blend of medium-dark roast. I can tell a slight difference between the house blend and this, this has a bit more bite, a tad more chocolatey. I really like it but I enjoy all the Klatch espressos.

We’ve been using Klatch’s Belle Espresso for over a decade. The initial positive comments for Eureka made us curious enough to give it a try. It’s pleasant, but not special. To our palates, World’s Best and Belle are much more satisfying.
