This bean goes through a Swiss Water® Process which uses water from the pristine environment of the coast mountains of British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean’s distinctive origin and flavor characteristics. It’s decaffeinated coffee without compromise. Coffee decaffeinated using the environment-friendly Swiss Water® Process undergoes regular caffeine level audits to ensure compliance to 99.9% caffeine-free.

Swiss water process is the way to go for Decaf Coffee. It's dark, fresh and intense. People should try it.

Mind Changer

I have not tried this personally but I did buy this for a colleague who told me "coffee is coffee, especially when it comes to decaf." Which he only drinks. He didn't give it much thought when I gave it to him but I received a call the following day from him. He exclaimed his delight and repealed his previous statement. He didn't realize coffee actually could taste this way. Fruit, balance and flavor. There is coffee, then there is Klatch. I think we rocked his world. :)

Everyone needs a little now & then.....

You know....you're up late & suddenly the thought of your morning Crazy Goat Masterpiece comes across your mind. What's a person to do? Oh...in walks the Sleeping Goat. This is the best decaf roast I have ever tasted. I know it's sacrilege to most real coffee drinkers when it comes to mixing roast but this mixes well with the Crazy Goat if you wanted less caffeine for health concerns. Either way, it tastes awesome. As always...WELL DONE KLATCH!

The best decaf

We have tried a quite a few different decaf coffees and nothing comes close to the full flavor of the Klatch Sleeping Goat coffee. It has a dark rich taste that we think is the best you are going to find. I highly recommend this coffee.

Best Decaf Coffee Ever!

I love coffee, but have been trying to find decaf alternatives as I'm growing older and my tolerance to caffeine decreases. All other decaf coffees I've tried across the various roasters have what I call a "decaf" taste. This was the first coffee without such a taste, and I love it so much that I'm brewing this much more frequently than regular coffee!
