Free Ground Shipping: Why at checkout am I getting charged for shipping?
Do you have any other item in your cart? If so it will charge shipping for those other items not for the subscription. Where are you located? If you're located out of the U.S. you will be charged for shipping. Also recurring coffees are discounted on frequency and don't get Free U.S. Ground Shipping.
How do you ship?
Club & Gift Subscriptions have Free Shipping via Ground Shipping in the U.S. Only via USPS.
Can I pick the coffee for my gift or club subscription?
No. The gift and club subscriptions will be a different selection each month, proudly selected by Mike Perry, Heather Perry and Holly Perry. To choose your coffee, you may be looking for a recurring order. Recurring orders allow you to sign up for 'auto order' which means you can have your coffee every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. To sign up, visit the product page for the coffee you'd like.
What options do I get for the coffee or espresso type for Club or Gift Subscription?
There are three options.
Select your Club or Gift Subscription choice (Holly's Picks - Blends, Heather's Picks - Espresso, Mike's Picks - Single Origin).
How can I change the amount of coffee I receive in my club or gift subscription?
You can change the bag size (we offer three options) and also the quantity of bags. 310 g | 2 lb | 5 lb
What if I don't like my beans?
We offer a wide variety of coffee and there may be certain ones that you like more than others. Our first recommendation is to ensure you're brewing it or extracting it properly. Please read our Refund Policy. Please visit our troubleshooting page. Should you find you're still having trouble, please contact us.
Can I change the frequency of my delivery?
Yes. You can change your frequency between every 1 to every 4 weeks. If you have multiple shipments within the same month, it will be the same “coffee of the month". Manage Subscriptions
Is there a price break for ordering club or gift subscription?
We offer Free U.S. Ground Shipping when you order club or gift subscriptions within the US. If you pre-pay a GIFT subscription, you also get a discount for paying ahead.
What are my payment options?
You can pay monthly when your order is processed OR pay in full ahead with gift subscriptions.
When is my card charged?
The orders are charged when the ship date populates. i.e. You order a club subscription every 4 weeks, the date that each of your orders populates to ship will be the date the card is charged. It will be shipped out on business days only.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. To manage your subscription or recurring order(s), visit the Manage Subscriptions page.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes. To manage your subscription, visit the Manage Subscriptions page.
How does the gift subscription work?
Select your Gift Subscription choice (Holly's Picks - Blends, Heather's Picks - Espresso, Mike's Picks - Single Origin). Choose your length (3 months, 6 months or 12 months).
What is the frequency of the gift subscriptions?
Monthly. The gift subscriptions are monthly. You are able to change the length (duration), but not the frequency.
With a gift will the person know it's from me?
Yes. On their gift invoice it will have your name under the "Bill To" section.
Can I include a custom message?
Yes. Please email us at [email protected] and include your order number.
What if the person receiving the gift wants to skip a delivery or two because they're on vacation?
Yes, we can do that. Manage subscriptions. Should you need more assistance message us on website, please include the order number.
Do I Get a Discount for Recurring Orders?
Yes! You receive a price break by increasing the frequency of your recurring order. There is a 5% discount for recurring order shipments every 3 or 4 weeks. There is a 10% discount for recurring order shipments every 1 - 2 weeks. This is added automatically in the shopping cart. No additional discounts can be applied.
Do I get free shipping with my recurring order?
We do offer FREE Ground Shipping U.S. when you reach the $50 minimum order before taxes.
How do we ship?
Our shipping providers are the following: USPS and UPS. We offer a $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping via USPS within the United States only. Free Shipping is offered with a minimum purchase of $50 before taxes, shipped by Ground only to U.S. address via USPS. Club & Gift Subscriptions have Free Shipping (Ground Shipping, U.S. Only via USPS). We recommend UPS as our preferred carrier.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We always roast your coffee to order. We will roast and ship out your order between 2-4 business days. Shipping times will vary based on the carrier.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes. International shipments are available through USPS. Some limitations may apply. No Free Shipping is offered out side the U.S.

Free shipping applies to coffee orders delivered within the US. These orders are delivered by USPS ground only. Free Shipping is offered with a minimum purchase of $50 before taxes. Club & Gift Subscriptions have Free Shipping (Ground Shipping, U.S. Only) automatically. Due to additional packaging for fragile or heavy products such as brewing devices, drinkware, etc. free shipping does not apply.

How do I participate?
Look for the blue tab that says 'Earn Points'. Ensure you have popups enabled. Click that to be directed to the Klatch Rewards pop-up where you can create an account and start earning points today.
How can I earn points?
*Step 1: Create Account (You'll earn 100 points just for signing up). You'll earn 5 points for every $1.00 you spend here on klatchcoffee.com. Additionally, for your birthday, you'll earn 100 points. With our Referral Program you can earn 500 points. For sharing to Facebook, you can earn 25 points. Click the blue tab that says 'Earn Points' to show a pop-up for our program. Ensure you have popups enabled.
Does It Cost Anything to Begin Earning Points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% Free! Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started and take part in our current opportunities. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!
Do I Earn Points for Purchases?

What Can I Redeem My Points For?
You can turn your points into a discount code for use here on klatchroasting.com Exclusions apply to eGift cards, Baratza, Breville, recurring and subscription products. Only one coupon per order.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Click the blue tab that says 'Earn Points' so the rewards popup appears. Ensure you have popups enabled. Click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward. * *Only ONE promo code can be used per order. Redeemed point Promo Codes cannot be combined with other Promo Codes from Social Media or Newsletter. Points cannot be used for subscription or recurring order purchases. Other limitations may apply.
How Do I Check My Points Balance?
Click the blue tab that says 'Earn Points' so the rewards popup appears. Ensure you have popups enabled. After you login you'll see your balance on the left-hand side.
Do I Have to Enroll or Register for Individual Promotions?
No. After you sign up, you'll earn points with each purchase. However, rewards for referrals or sharing will require action on your part. Click the blue tab that says 'Earn Points' so the rewards popup appears. Ensure you have popups enabled.
How Long Will It Take for Points to Post to My Account?
You should receive points in your account instantly.
Do My Points Expire?
No, unless otherwise specified.
What Happens to My Points if I Make A Return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the ﬁrst place.
How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

I’m Very Close to Earning A Reward. Can I Buy Extra Points to Get There?

What if I Don’t Want to Receive Promotional Emails?
From time to time, you'll receive program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe' button when you receive your next email. When you choose this option you will not be notified of your rewards points balance.
How can I send the E-Gift Card to another person?
Once you receive the email foward the email to whom ever you want to recieve it.
Where can I use the E-Gift Card?
The E-Gift Card is for online use only at klatchcoffee.com. * Can not be used in Klatch Coffee Cafes.
How Are Discounts Applied?
Please enter the discount code at checkout.
Can Codes be combined?
No. Only 1 discount can be used at a time. Similarly, as club and recurring already receive a discount, discounts, loyalty rewards may not apply.
Klatch Rewards Program vs Klatch Coffee App
The rewards program on klatchcoffee.com is not connected to Klatch Coffee App. The points are not transferable. Similarly, discounts from the website do not work in-store.
How can I apply a discount code after purchase?
Unfortunately, you can not apply a discount code after purchase.
Can I use Klatch Coffee App for online purchases?
No. The Klatch Coffee App is only for in-store purchases at select retail locations.
About Discount Code Limitations
Many attempts at promo abuse by single users who open multiple accounts can be blocked. Honesty matters.
We accept only VISA, Mastercard and PayPal. PayPal does not work for recurring or club orders at this time.
How do I submit a product review?
You'll be sent an email asking for a customer review a certain time frame after placing your order. In the email we'll ask for you review, should you have time to complete one we'd appreciate it.

Coffee Klatch, Coffee Klatch Roasting, Klatch Roasting or Klatch Coffee does not issue refunds on any products, (our coffee is roasted when ordered, because this is a food product we can not accept returns of coffee); and/or services, including Barista Training; if any items and/or services are returned or canceled the amount of total cost shall receive store credit only.
In addition, Klatch has the right to reschedule and/ or cancel any training and/ or consulting within 30 days of scheduled date, no refunds.
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with Coffee Klatch, Coffee Klatch Roasting, Klatch Roasting or Klatch Coffee for any reason, please contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and reason of dissatisfaction.
Coffee Klatch, Coffee Klatch Roasting, Klatch Roasting or Klatch Coffee roast and ship our coffee the day after we process your order. We ship Monday-Friday, except holidays. We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 2 weeks from the roast (ship) date.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Coffee Klatch, Coffee Klatch Roasting, Klatch Roasting or Klatch Coffee does not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee to USPS and UPS, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive the freshly roasted coffee.
USPS claims that Priority Mail packages will arrive 2-3 postal days after they are shipped. UPS options will allow you to have your coffee arrive within 3 days of the Roast Date as well.
