We’re not the only ones who’ve taken notice of our fearless sister duo, Heather and Holly Perry. Written by Clay Fowler, Klatch’s own Perry Sisters have recently been featured in a wonderfully written article published by Cal Poly Pomona’s magazine, CPP. The piece delves into their journey from aspiring professionals with different career paths, to leading the company today.
"As college students, Heather and Holly Perry were both equally certain of one thing: Their career plans did not include a stop at Klatch Coffee, the family business. But 20 years later, Heather (‘04, international business and marketing) is the CEO of Klatch Coffee, overseeing one of the fastest growing brands in the coffee industry. Holly (’12, hospitality management) is the company’s director of retail, overseeing the regional chain’s growing number of cafes."
Heather and Holly have taken Klatch Coffee from its humble beginnings, and have helped grow it into a name known around the world. With nearly 200 employees, brand recognition in several countries including the Bahamas, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and the U.S., nearly ten cafe locations across Southern California, and a new 16,000 square foot roastery, their story is one of passion, dedication, and a deep love for coffee and community.
