The Lamastus Family Estate

Wilford Lamastus is an award-winning coffee producer, consistently achieving top results at the Best of Panama competition. The Elida Estate is also a previous winner of the Panama Cup, awarded to the Best Coffee Producer of the Year.

The Lamastus Family Estate is more than 100 years old, having been established in 1918. It is considered to be at an “ultra-high” elevation (1700-2060 meters), and more than half the estate is located within the Volcán Barú National Park (VBNP) — a protected ecological reserve and sanctuary for exotic plants, birds, and mammals.
