Think tropical stone fruits like mango and peach, golden papaya, zesty orange juice citrus, and the warmth of fall spices wrapped in a honey graham cracker finish. It’s complex, evolving, and downright unforgettable.

This beauty comes from Finca Cabecera de Cochea, nestled high in the Chiriquí Highlands of western Panama, at 1600 meters above sea level. Picture this: a stunning spring climate year-round, right next to the lush ecological reserves of La Amistad and Volcan Barú National Parks, where exotic plants, birds, and even tropical tigers roam! Grown in the shadow of one of Central America’s tallest volcanoes, with 7 distinct climate zones, this farm benefits from the perfect coffee-growing conditions.


The team at Finca Cabecera de Cochea uses traditional drying beds to ensure their geisha beans develop their full flavor potential. With other standout varietals like catuai and pacamara in the mix, they’re producing some truly special microlots. This is our first collaboration with the talented Jorge Jimenez, and we can’t wait to see where this partnership takes us!
