Belle Espresso is one of our favorites in our coffee houses because it balances beautifully with milk-based drinks. With notes of blackberry, chocolate, and brandy, this decadent espresso has a creamy body and a sweet finish. The top notes layer with hints of orange citrus and spice.
Ken Davids of Coffee Review in his 94 POINTS - May 2006 assessment describes our Belle as:
"Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouthfeel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: brandy, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority."

I’ve subscribed, visited and randomly ordered from a variety of quality roasters. Klatch is the one company who has managed to grow, but continue to provide great quality. Belle is the blend that I’ve found to be consistent and satisfying. When I had an issue with my USPS order, klatch offered help. The “bottomless” service has made my orders for 5lbs automatic even when I travel. It doesn’t pile up like some subscriptions can.
This has become my standard excellent espresso. I pull shots on my Breville Barista Express. It takes me 1 or 2 "dial in" shots and I churn out perfect/near perfect espressos for the rest of the 2 lb. bag. The shot itself is amazing. Perfectly smooth crema, syrupy mouthfeel, and a bold coffee kick to the pallette every time. I find adding a half tsp. of sugar to my double shots of Belle helps awaken the flavors. A standout espresso bean!
I always go back to these beans they are light to medium-roasted, resulting in a cup that explodes with vibrant acidity and a captivating aroma. It has delicate notes of chocolate and brandy intertwined with hints of berries, creating a truly unique and unforgettable sensory experience. The smooth, clean finish leaves a lingering impression, making it a favorite!

I guess I why Belle is so unique: its takes is a result of mixing five different sorts of Arabica to get it to the target taste. Simply brilliant!

More acidic than I would like
Outstanding flavor profile. It brings out balanced notes of chocolate and berries with milk! Makes a perfect cup of Latte/Cappuccino!
