Not my usual light roast single origin, it's better.

I'm a light roast single origin geek. This is really good. Chocolate, and floral notes, not typical of a medium roast. 21gr from a Gaggia CP @ 9 bars. Really good cup. You will not be disappointed with this bean. As good as Onyx.

New Blend - Empire

Absolutely love this blend, one of my new go to favorites. I find it similar to the Mocha Java blend, really great for everyday morning coffee.

Robust Flavor Profile. Chocolate-Cola + Cherry + Red Fruits

Here's the recipe I used that yielded the most flavor:

18.5g coffee in filter
37 grams out
24 seconds
200 degrees (F)

If you like darker Italian, chocolate heavy profiles, this coffee might not be for you. This coffee yield a robust flavor profile appropixating to a cherry-chocolate flavor.

With 3-5 oz steamed milk, the flavor still bursts.

Thanks for sharing your recipe, Chris. Glad you're enjoying Empire.

Longtime Klatcher

I tried this off of your flavor descriptors, it lives up to them. Nice flavor, not too winey, which I don't care for. Also good with a spoonful of hot chocolate powder mixed in!
